Trajectory direct writing system for optical waveguides on large area

The development of advanced photonic devices necessitates precise fabrication techniques for optical waveguides, especially over large areas. The XI700TDW, a trajectory direct writing system designed to create high-quality optical waveguides on extensive substrates, leverages a combination of high-resolution laser writing and advanced trajectory control algorithms to ensure accuracy and uniformity in waveguide patterning. Key features include a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the writing head to maintain optimal focus and alignment, ensuring consistent waveguide quality across the entire substrate. Additionally, the system incorporates real-time feedback and error correction capabilities to address potential deviations during the writing process.

In conclusion, the trajectory direct writing system presents a robust and scalable solution for the fabrication of optical waveguides on large areas, addressing critical needs in modern photonic technology development. Future work will focus on further optimizing the system’s resolution and expanding its material compatibility to support emerging applications in photonics.
