EPIC Meeting on Freeform Optics

The purpose of this EPIC Meeting is to bring together the complete value chain of the manufacturing and measurement of customized and freeform optics, integrating multiple technologies including design, machining, metrology and evaluation. Market driven specifications will be presented by their stakeholders in some of the main application fields: consumer, green energy, aerospace, illumination (including indoor, outdoor and automotive lighting) and healthcare. Users and manufacturing perspectives will be discussed, comparing the current state of the art with the future market trends.
